HOW IT WORKS

A big ambition.
A clear next step.

Good hiring starts with a shared understanding of the work. Here’s the framework for getting from an idea to a crew that fits.

01
A FOCUSED BRIEF

Define the mission

Start with your goal, the work involved and the skill gaps in your team.

  • Describe the business outcome and the people it affects.
  • Map the systems, data and expertise already in place.
  • Agree on the first useful milestone and the constraints.
YOUR TAKEAWAYA brief everyone can understand.
02
A CONSIDERED SHORTLIST

Look for the evidence

Review relevant work, technical thinking and how a specialist collaborates.

  • Look for projects relevant to the actual scope.
  • Explore technical choices, evaluation and ownership.
  • Make skills, expectations and open questions explicit.
YOUR TAKEAWAYEvidence you can discuss.
03
A HUMAN DECISION

Choose your people

Discuss the actual project, align on expectations and confirm the fit.

  • Use the same criteria to compare potential collaborators.
  • Discuss a realistic scenario from your project.
  • Align on communication, availability and responsibilities.
YOUR TAKEAWAYA decision you can explain.
04
A SHARED STARTING POINT

Build with clarity

Agree on scope, ownership, milestones and a practical onboarding plan.

  • Confirm the scope and commercial terms before work begins.
  • Set up the access, context and people needed for a good start.
  • Agree on reviews, documentation and the handover plan.
YOUR TAKEAWAYA starting point everyone shares.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity.
A lot less friction.

What kind of specialists can I hire?

CrewContract focuses on AI / ML engineering, LLM and agent development, workflow automation, data engineering, AI creative work and AI strategy. Start with a role, or describe the outcome you want to achieve.

Can I work with one person or a full team?

The site covers three engagement options: an embedded specialist, a dedicated AI crew and a permanent hire. The right option depends on the scope, the skills already in your team and who will own delivery.

What if I am still figuring out the project?

Choose “Help me decide” in the brief builder. Describe the current workflow, the friction and what a useful result would look like. You can refine the technical scope later.

How are timeline and pricing agreed?

Scope, required expertise, availability and the engagement model all affect timing and pricing. These need to be agreed individually. The budget planner uses your own assumptions and does not provide a quote.

Does the brief form send my information?

No. For now, the brief builder prepares a text file for you to download. It does not submit a request or send your information to CrewContract.
