Briefs and portfolio summaries
The project brief builder and specialist profile tool create text files in your browser. They do not submit the form contents to CrewContract or create an account. The information is held in the current page while you use it. Downloaded files are saved wherever your browser saves downloads.
Budget planning
The budget planner calculates results in your browser using the values you enter. Its optional download creates a local text file. Those values are not sent as a project request.
Website hosting
The website is hosted on Render. Like other hosting services, it may process technical connection information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and operate the website. CrewContract does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this version of the site.
Storage and fonts
This version does not use cookies or browser storage to save your form answers. Fonts and site assets are served from the same website.
Links and files you share
If you choose to send a downloaded brief or profile to someone, that sharing happens outside this website. Review the file before sharing and avoid including information you do not want the recipient to have.
Changes
This explanation describes the current site. It will need to be updated before online applications, contact submissions or other services are introduced.
